Business Review Packages
Our business review packages are designed to give independent feedback to you on your customer’s perspective of the dining experience. Our simple to understand reports are based on a star rating, 5 stars being the maximum to represent excellence and no star representing an area of immediate concern. Our dining reviews are usually initially undertaken anonymously with reports providing in depth information, findings and recommendations on further action.
1. Dining experience
Written report on the dining and eating area as experienced on the date of review
2. Dining analysis
Our dining experience package plus the following report that:
- Identify and report on staff levels and professionalism
- Analyse food quality, quantity and presentation
- Identify areas of staff training
- includes a cleanliness of front and back of house areas audit and findings
- Comment on restaurant/dining area decor, design and layout
3. Trading analysis
Our dining analysis package plus:
- an analysis of breakfast dining experience, if applicable
- our report on shift transition
- local competitors – report and comparison
- analysis of lunch dining experience
- audit of kitchen area and back of house cleanliness, stock levels and rotation and general maintenance
- analysis of dinner dining experience
- analysis of potential sales opportunities.
