Our business review packages are designed to give autonomous feedback to you on your customer’s perspective of the dining experience. Our simple to understand reports are based on a star rating, 5 stars being the maximum to represent excellence and no star representing an area of immediate concern. Our dining reviews are usually initially undertaken anonymously with reports providing in depth information, findings and recommendations on further action.

- Analysis of lunch dining experience
- Audit of kitchen area and back of house for cleanliness, stock levels and rotation and general maintenance
